I Has a HappySad

I remember with sadness the events in New York on September 11, 2001. However, I also remember with joy bringing my newborn daughter home from the hospital on that same day.

For a while, I let the tragedy colour the amazingness of that day. Now, I am trying to let the joy mitigate the sadness I felt, and still feel, for those directly impacted by the terrible events of that day.
